Founded in 2016, B3E is the brainchild of a glorious duo – Chanakya Gandhi & Panna Patel. This company was established by friends in love with weddings. With this amazing brand, you get a team who live, breathe and talk weddings. They talk about the decor, the food and all the wedding essentials. Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, but guess what, we can help! B3E is meant to inspire and educate couples in a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with a planning service to help you find the perfect vendors. Who we are

B3E is a full-service event décor, lighting, and floral company. An event design house that offers customized event planning and wedding decor services. We design and execute weddings, corporate events and themed events of all types. We have innovated the market in designing and creating traditional and fusion Indian decor structures for weddings and special events. We pride ourselves on communication with our clientele because our aesthetic is to remain on the cutting edge of design and technology integration. Chanakya Gandhi (CG)

Founder / Creative Director

Our founder, Chanakya Gandhi (CG), has a rich history in event production and management. His career began in 1998 as a production specialist at trade shows and conventions, and he has since managed and produced over 1500 trade shows and conventions across the country. This extensive experience forms the backbone of B3E's approach to event production, instilling confidence in our clients.

Being on the road for 15 years, he decided to make Columbus, Ohio, his home base. Pursuing his dream and passion for events, he became a full-time entrepreneur in 2016, running his event management firm. As the creative brain and visionary behind the company, CG utilizes his theatre and stage management background to revolutionize event production on a grand scale. B3E is well known in the industry for its ability to provide leadership, management, and vision to fuse a client’s personal vibe into an exclusive, elegant, and luxurious affair.

Vini Desai

Managing Partner / Lead Planner

In 2018, Vini joined B3E as a principal planner and head of business development. A Chemical Engineer with a Business degree and 2 decades of ‘big pharma’ experience, she firmly believes that no one is getting out of here alive; eat the delicious food, get out in the sun, jump in the ocean, say what’s on your mind, be silly & be kind. She brings enthusiasm and focus to the team with her dynamic personality. Her ability to plan & execute flawlessly makes her an essential element in creating an impeccable and impactful event. Now, as the Managing Partner, Vini’s team thrives on building meaningful relationships with our clients by ensuring a unique and memorable experience, a breathtaking reality!
